A simple note is a document issued by the property registry that shows the current legal status of a property (owner, charges, liens, property description, etc.). You can order it online or directly at the registry office, and the price ranges from 3 to 10 euros. If you are not the copyright holder, you must prove your interest in requesting this information.
A detailed note is also issued by the property registry, but it provides information, stamped and validated by the notary, on current and previous encumbrances, owners, etc. It is the complete history of the property, from its construction to the present day. Its price ranges between 50 and 100 euros.
Nowadays, a simple note is sufficient for almost all procedures, but sometimes you may be asked for a longer note when granting a mortgage or if there are doubts about some past charges.
